Con McMenamin Is The Lucky Winner of the Club Car Draw

The club car draw was a great success with over 1000 tickets sold. Con McMenamin from Castleknock Flowers was the lucky winner. Many thanks to all the ticket sellers and buyers. The funds we have raised from the draw will be vital in the coming year!

It was lights, cameras, action in Russell Pk last Friday night as legendary GAA commentator Micheal O Muircheartaigh launched the St Brigids Car Draw. The car is being sponsored by long time club supporters; Bradys Garage of Castleknock (http://www.bradysdublin.ie/). A top prize of the "World Car of The Year", a Volkswagen Golf is on offer, a must have Car!!

Bradys are proud sponsors of the club and currently sponsor our annual Mini Leagues, an event with over 300 kids taking part. The car draw is St Brigids final push in their fundraising drive to complete the development of the club grounds. Phase 1 & 2 near completion with Phase 3 left to be finished.

Europe's first synthetic all-weather pitch was Phase 1 of the development. The pitch has proven a big hit all round Dublin & Leinster and a great asset to the club with all teams being able to train all year round. Phase 2 of the development is now nearing completion with new dressing rooms & a hurling wall. Phase 3 is the development of the grass pitches which will leave the club in a great position going forward in the future.

The draw will take place on Saturday October 31st in St Brigids clubhouse. The top prize of the car is also accompanied by some other great cash prizes. Tickets are priced at E50 each.
