December 2004 Clubnotes - Week 1 - Tue, 7 Dec 2004

Congratulations to the Intermediate Footballers who defeated Templeogue Synge Street to win the Loving Cup. Congratulations to the U11 Footballers who defeated St Finnians to win promotion to Division 1. Club AGM takes place this Thursday at 8.30pm. Club Christmas Party takes place this Friday @ 9pm. Live Music, Spot Prizes, great craic and a complementary Irish coffee for all. The Kids Christmas Party will take place this Sunday. 'The Bridies' who performed on the Late Late Show last Friday will play the club on December 19th. Great nights entertainment guaranteed. Best of Luck to Club Coach & Underdogs Captain Martin Kennedy against Kerry on Saturday. Well done to St Brigid's NS Castleknock who defeated Knocklyn to win the Cumann na Mbunscoil Final. Camogie AGM takes place on Tuesday December 14th. Juvenile AGM takes place on Wednesday December 15th. Club Shop is open every Thursday night from 7pm to 8.30pm.

Well done to the Intermediate Footballers who defeated Skerries Harps to advance to the Div 3 Play-off Final. Kids Christmas Party & the Club Christmas were a great success and a big thanks to all involved. ?The Bridies? who performed on the Late Late Show will play the club this Sunday. Well done to Scoil Bhride Blanchardstown Girls who won their first ever Cumann na Mbunscoil title. Also well done to Scoil Olibher who also won their Cumann na Mbunscoil final. Club Shop is open every Thursday night from 7pm to 8.30pm. Club Lotto Jackpot is 2000 Euro this week. Our deepest sympathies are extended to the Brady Family on their recent loss.

Happy Christmas and best wishes for 2005 to everybody in the club. Hard Luck to the Junior 9 Footballers who were narrowly defeated in the Championship Final by St Judes. Hard Luck to the Inter Footballers who were defeated by O?Tooles in extra time in the Promotion Play-off Final. St Stephen?s night in the club will be an all ticket affair. Live DJ and Great Craic Guaranteed. Tickets can be acquired from Gerry Nolan from 8pm-9pm every evening this week or on the door on St Stephen?s night. Best of Luck to the new club chairman Ronan Barrett and the incoming executive in the New Year. ?The Bridies? Concert was a great success and a big thanks to all involved.
