May 2004 Clubnotes - Week 4 - Sun, 30 May 2004

Book is now open for the Dublin Vs Westmeath Leinster Championship game to be played on June 6th. Deposits must be paid for tickets. Club Lotto Jackpot is 4000 Euro this Thursday. Framed pictures of last years success are currently on show in the clubhouse & are available for €120. Contact Brendan Galvin on 087 7864720. The dates for the 2004 Mini leagues have been announced. Under 6s, 8s and 10s commence on Monday the 14th of June with the finals on Saturday the 19th. Under 12s commence on Monday the 21st with the finals on Saturday the 28th. Registration for all age groups will take place on June 3rd in Russell Park between 7pm-9pm. Good wins for the Intermediate & Junior 1 footballers in the championship over the weekend. Well done to the ladies Minor Footballers who defeated St Thomas?s in the championship.

Hard Luck to the U14 Footballers who were beaten in the Feile Final by Ballyboden. Special thanks to all who helped with the Feile last Saturday. Club Lotto Jackpot is 3800 Euro this Thursday. The Junior 9?s play Ballyfermot at 7.30pm on Wednesday in Russell Park & the Intermediates play St Marys on Thursday at 7.45pm in O?Toole Park. The Junior 1?s play St Judes on Friday at 6.30pm in O?Toole Park & the Junior 3?s play Fingal Ravens on Saturday at 6.30pm in Russell Park. Support your Club. Charity Quiz night takes place in the club on the 21^st of May. Hurling Nursery takes place on Saturday at 10.00am in Beech Park & Football Nursery takes place on Friday at 6.00pm in Beech Park. Best of luck to all Hurlers in the championship this week. The Senior Hurlers play Finbarrs at 6.30pm tonight in Parnell Park & the Intermediate Hurlers play Whitehall away on Wednesday at 7.30pm. Damien O'Reilly will present a documentary on the club's progress through the recent All-Ireland Club Championship to the semi-final "Trip to Tipp " on RTE Radio 1 on Wednesday May 5th. at 7.02 p.m. Good wins for the Junior 3 & Minor Footballers over the weekend.
