December 2005 Clubnotes - Week 1 - Tue, 6 Dec 2005

Super week for the club. The Junior Hurlers defeated Liffey Gaels by 4 points to win the Junior Hurling Championship. The Minor Footballers defeated Scoil ui Chonaill by 1 point in a thriller to win the Minor Football Championship. The Junior 1 Footballers defeated St Peregrines to win the Conlon Cup while the Inter Footballers won the Loving Cup defeating Garristown. Well done to all. Club Lotto Jackpot has reached a massive 10000 Euro. Draw taking place in the Vineyard this Thursday. Support your club. Club Xmas Party takes place this Friday from 8.30pm in Club Lounge. Live Music by the Eastern Harps. Loads of spot prizes. Be there & enjoy the craic. Juvenile Xmas Party takes place this Sunday from 3pm in Russell Park. Well done to the Senior Footballers who defeated St Marks by 4 points to advance to the League Final where they will meet Thomas Davis this Sunday at 12.30 in O Toole Park. Best of Luck to the Junior 1 Footballers who face Naomh Olaf at 12.30 this Sunday in Blakestown in the League Play-Off Semi-Final. Support your club. Well done to all. Best of Luck to Club Coach John Ryan & the Underdogs as they face Kilkenny this Sunday in Nolan Park. Club Lotto Jackpot has reached a massive 10000 Euro. Draw taking place in the Roselawn Inn this Thursday. Support your club. Club Xmas Party & Club Juvenile Party were big successes & thoroughly enjoyed by all. A big thank you to all involved. Another super weekend for the club with the Senior Footballers playing some great football to defeat Thomas Davis to win the League Title. Also a great weekend with the Junior 1 Footballers defeating Naomh Olaf to progress nearer to intermediate football next year. They will play Erins Isle in the Promotion Play-off Final. Well done to all involved. The Club would like to thank all mentors, sponsors & supporters for all their help & wishes you a happy Xmas & Happy New Year. Hard Luck to club coach John Ryan & the Underdogs on their loss to Kilkenny. Club Lotto Jackpot is still a massive 10000 Euro. Draw taking place in the Russell Park this Thursday.
