May 2005 Clubnotes - Week 5 - Tue, 31 May 2005

Congratulations to the Daire Plunkett & Jamie Winters who captured the Dublin U15 Handball Title last Saturday in Croke Park. Good away wins for the Junior & Senior Hurlers in the Championship. Well done to the Junior Camogie who defeated Noamh Padraig to reach the Cup Final against Skerries. Registration will take place this Wednesday for the Mini League Festival from 7pm to 8pm in Russell Park, Laurel Lodge Community Centre and Blanchardstown Community Centre. The Mini Leagues Festival takes place from June 13th to June 16th for U12's & from June 20th to June 23rd for U6's, U8's and U10's with the Finals being played on Saturday June 25th. Entry is only 10 Euro per child or 20 Euro per family. Club Development brochure is now available to download from the club website. Best of luck to the Senior Ladies playing championship on Wednesday at 7.30pm in Russell Park. Best of luck to Barry, Declan & Peader on Sunday versus Meath. Club Lotto Jackpot is 6000 Euro this Thursday. Big thank you to Martin Kennedy who ran the secondary inter schools blitz last week. May 2005 Clubnotes - Week 4 - Tue, 24 May 2005

Congratulations to the U15 Hurlers who fought back superbly to defeat Ballyboden in the Championship Final. Well done to all involved. Good wins for the Junior 1 & Junior 8 Footballers in the Championship. Hard Luck to the Senior & Junior 2 Footballers who were narrowly defeated in the Championship. The ticket book is now open in the club bar for the Dublin versus Meath Game on Sunday, June 5th. Club Lotto Jackpot is 5800 Euro this Thursday. The Draw takes place in the Roselawn Inn. Mini League Festival takes place from June 13th to June 16th for U12's & from June 20th to June 23rd for U6's, U8's and U10's with the Finals being played on Saturday June 25th. May 2005 Clubnotes - Week 3 - Tue, 17 May 2005

Code of Ethics Presentation takes place this Tuesday at 8pm in Russell Park. Mentors & Players should attend. Juvenile EGM takes place this Thursday at 8pm. Club Development Launch will take place on Monday May 23th at 9pm. All Members should attend this important & historic night. Best of Luck to the U15 Hurlers who face Ballyboden this Sunday in the Championship Final. Best of Luck to all adult football teams will play in championship this week. The Senior Footballers play Kilmacud Crokes this Friday at 8pm in Parnell Park. Support your club. Hurling Feile was a great success with the U14 Hurlers reaching the semi-finals after winning their group. Well done to all involved & everyone who helped make the day such a success. Congratulations to Aimee Molloy and Colleen Barrett who were part of the Dublin Ladies Minor Footballers who won the Leinster Championship. Club Lotto Jackpot is 5400 Euro this Thursday. Dublin Senior Ladies Fundraising Night on Friday May 27th in Russell Park, which includes a Sports Quiz & Auction. Our deepest sympathies are extended to the Quinn Family on their recent loss.

Club Development Launch will take place on Tuesday May, 24th at 9pm. All Members should attend this important & historic night. Congratulations to the U15 Hurlers who defeated Kilmacud Crokes in Championship Semi-Final in extra-time to set-up a Final against Ballyboden on Sunday, May 22nd. Hard Luck to the U14 Camogie Feile Team who were defeated in the Feile Final. Well done to all involved. Hurling Feile takes place this Saturday in Russell Park. Come down & support the lads. Football Feile was a great success with the U14 Footballers reaching the semi-finals after winning three games. Well done to all involved & everyone who helped make the day such a success with the club hosting the group.  The Club welcomes St Mary?s from Manchester this weekend. Best of Luck to the U14 & U16 Dublin Camogie Players who face Kilkenny in the Leinster Final this Saturday in St Peregrines. Best of Luck to our Dublin Players who face Longford in Croke Park this Sunday. Club Lotto Jackpot is 5400 Euro this Thursday. New Farmers Market takes place every Sunday from 10am-4pm in Russell Park.

Congratulations to Emma Sweeney, Aisling Durcan & Catherine King who were part of the Dublin U14 Camogie team who defeated Kilkenny in the Leinster Championship. New Farmers Market takes place this Sunday from 10am-4pm in Russell Park. Best Value Around Guaranteed. Camogie Feile takes place this Saturday in Russell Park. Come down & support the girls. Football Feile was a great success with the U14 Footballers reaching the semi-finals after winning three games. Well done to all involved & everyone who helped make the day such a success with the club hosting the group. Fashion Show video night takes place this Thursday at 8.30pm in the bar, all welcome. Good luck to the Ladies Senior Ladies Footballers who play Naomh Barrog in the 1st round of the championship this Wednesday in Naomh Barrog, all support welcome. Club Lotto Jackpot is 5200 Euro this Thursday. Meeting of Adult Games Committee takes place this Thursday at 9pm. A mentor from each adult team is expected to attend. Our deepest sympathies are extended to the Smith & Brennan Families on their recent losses.
