August 2006 Clubnotes - Week 5 - Mon, 28 Aug 2006 August 2006 Clubnotes - Week 4 - Tue, 22 Aug 2006 Best of Luck to Barry Cahill, Peadar Andrews, Declan Lally, Graham Norton and Kevin Bonner in the All Ireland Football Semi-Final this Sunday. Congrats to the Dublin Camogie Team on winning the Junior All-Ireland. Well done to Noelle Healy, Shona Barrett & the Dublin U16 Ladies Footballers on their All-Ireland Semi-Final Victory over Monaghan. Best of Luck to the Senior Hurlers in Championship action this Tuesday versus St Vincents at 7.15pm in Broomfield. The Seniors also face O'Tooles this Saturday at 3pm in Parnell Park. Fine Championship wins for the Senior Camogie over Kilmacud Crokes & the U16 Hurlers over Na Fianna. The Minor Hurlers also record a fine Championship win over Erins Isle. Fine League victories for the Senior 1's over St Vincents, the Senior 2's defeated Naomh Mearnog, while both Junior 1 sides had fine victories over St Judes & St Annes. The Junior 7's also defeated Ballinteer St Johns. Club Lotto is currently on break resuming at the end of August. The club would like to thank all supporters of the Lotto throughout the year. August 2006 Clubnotes - Week 3 - Tue, 15 Aug 2006 Congrats to Eoin Kennedy who teamed up with Tom Healy of Cork to win the Handball Doubles World Championships in Canada. Also, Well done to Maria McCarthy, Susan Keegan & Eugune Kennedy who also competed in the Championships. Well done to Barry Cahill, Peadar Andrews, Declan Lally, Graham Norton and Kevin Bonner & the Dubs on reaching the All-Ireland Semi-Final. Ticket Book for the Dubs All-Ireland Football Semi-Final versus Mayo or Laois on August 27th closes next Monday. Club Lotto is currently on break resuming at the end of August. Well done to Noelle Healy, Shona Barrett and Enya Farrell who were part of the Dublin U16 Ladies team to win the Leinster Title. Hard luck to Aisling King and Caroline Brogan who lost the All Ireland U14 final to Cork. Congrats to Philip Carroll, Darragh Plunkett, Eoin O'Brien & Alan McCarrick who helped the Gerry McEntee managed Dublin U16 s to victory in the Reilly Memorial Tournament. Hard Luck to Alan Nolan & the Dublin U21 Hurlers whose spirited fight back in the second half fall short versus Kilkenny in the Leinster Final. Well done to Snr hurlers on championship win.Well done to Noelle Healy, Shona Barrett and Enya Farrell who were part of the Dublin U16 Ladies team to win the Leinster title yesterday.
