January 2009 Clubnotes - Week 4 - Tue, 27 Jan 2009

All grass pitches in Russell Pk must not be used for training or matches until February. This is due to essential maintenance taking place. Hard luck to the U21 Hurlers went down to Na Fianna in their Champo Semi-Final. Annual club mass will take place on Thursday February 5th at 7.30pm in Russell Pk. Senior 2 Footballers face Clontarf in Relegation Play-off this Wednesday at 7.45pm in St Annes Pk. Inter 2 Footballers beat Round Towers so set-up a clash against St Sylvester's this Saturday at 2.15pm in Broomfield in their Promotion Play-off. Junior A Hurlers face Good Counsel this Sunday at 11am in Russell Pk. Well done to Gavin McIntyre, Paddy Andrews & Sean Murray who were selected for the U21 Footballers Championship Panel. Well done to Alan Nolan who played in goal for Dublin's win over Laois. Club Shop will be open this Friday 7pm - 8.30pm. Shop can also be contacted on 086-405-0964. U21 Hurlers face Na Fianna this Saturday at 2.15pm in Russell Pk in their Champo Semi-Final. Inter 2 Footballers face Round Towers this Sunday at 11am in Russell Pk in their Promotion Play-off. Senior 2 Footballers face Clontarf in Relegation Play-off on Wednesday January 28th at 7.45pm in St Annes Pk. Junior A Hurlers are still awaiting a date for their Champo Final Replay vs Naomh Barrog. Ticket book for Dublin vs Tyrone NFL opener in Croke Pk on January 31st closes this Sunday. Adult Hurling & Football Re-grading forms must be completed by this Wednesday. Forms are available on website. Any re-grading queries should be directed to Con Sullivan on 087-126-8069. Well done to Cian O'Mahony who scored 3 goals for Fingal in their Keogh Cup win over Louth. Brendan McEnerney also featured in DIT's win over Kildare. Best of Luck to Alan Nolan & the Dublin Hurlers vs Kilkenny this Sunday in Walsh Cup. Throw-in at 2pm in Parnell Pk.
