May 2010 Clubnotes - Week 4 - Tue, 25 May 2010

Hard luck to the U16 Footballers who were edged out by Parnells in their Sheild Final. Special thanks to everyone who helped with the secondary school blitz last Wed. Juvenile Mini League will run from June 14th - June 18th. Best of luck to Cathal Doyle, Colin Freeman, Dave O'Connor, Ken Kilmurray & the Dublin Juniors vs Kildare this Wed at 7.30pm in Newbridge. Best of luck to Philly Ryan & the Dublin Minor Footballers in their replay vs Kildare this Sat at 3pm in Parnell Pk. Senior Camogie can capture the league title this evening in Russell Pk at 7.15pm vs Lucan. Junior A's face Wanderers at 7.15pm in Russell Pk on Tues. Junior B's face Starlights in Phoenix Pk on Tues. Seniors face Skerries on Sat at 6.15pm in Russell Pk. Senior 2's face Templeogue at 6.15pm in Dophlin Pk. Inters face Ballymun at 6.15pm on Sat in Russell Pk. Senior Ladies Footballers had a great opening Champo victory over last years Senior Finalists Naomh Mearnog. Senior, Inter & Junior Hurlers all recorded league victories over Cuala, Ballyboden & Civil Service. Club Lotto takes place in Russell Pk this Thursday with a Jackpot of E5000.

May 2010 Clubnotes - Week 3 - Tue, 18 May 2010

The hosting of the Camogie Feile was a huge success. Big thanks to everyone who helped with the organising of the event. Our girls reached the final only to narrowly lose out to Whitehall. Best of luck to Philip Ryan and the Dublin Minor Footballers this Sat vs Kildare in the Leinster Q-Final. Senior Footballers had a great Champo win over Ballymun. Inter & Junior B Footballers advanced to Champo Semi-Finals defeating Parnells & Finbars. Junior C's defeated St Margaret's in Champo. Senior 2's lost out to Clann Na Gael after extra time. Junior B & C Footballers had good league wins over St Margaret's & St Finian's(N). Senior Camogie made it 6 from 6 defeating St Vincents. Senior Ladies Footballers in Senior Champo this Wed at 7.30 in Russell Pk vs Naomh Mearnog. Big support needed. Senior & Inter Hurlers in League on Wed at 7.15. Senior face Faughs away while the Inters face Good Counsel away. Juniors face Finbars away on Thurs at 7.15. Seniors & Inters Hurlers face Cuala & Ballyboden on Sat in Russell Pk at 6.15pm. Inter Footballers in Cup Q-Final vs Man O War at 7.30 on Fri in Russell Pk Club Lotto takes place in Russell Pk this Thursday with a Jackpot of E4800

A busy week ahead, Russell Pk will host the Camogie Feile this weekend with the Div 1, Div 2 & Div 3 groups on Sat & Sun. Inter Footballers face Parnells in Junior Champo Q-Final this Tuesday at 7.15pm in Russell Pk. Senior Camogie face St Vincents in Russell Pk on Tuesday. Senior Footballers face Ballymun in Champo on Wed at 8.30pm in Parnell Pk. Junior B Footballers face Finbars in Champo Q-Final on Thursday at 7.15pm in Russell Pk. Junior C Footballers face St Margaret?s Away in Champo Q-Final on Thursday at 7.15pm . Senior 2 Footballers face Clann Na Gael in Champo on Sat at 6pm in Blakestown. Junior A Footballers face Castleknock in league on Sun at 11 in Somerton. Junior B?s face St Margaret?s at 11 away on Sun. Junior C?s face St Finian?s(N) away on Sun at 3pm. Feile Hurlers in action this Saturday in Rush. Their first game commences at 10.45am vs. St Maurs followed by Lucan & Castleknock. La Na Club was a great success with a large crowd enjoyed the BBQ, Dancing and games. Special thanks to everyone who helped. Senior Hurlers made it 2 from 2 in Champo defeating Crumlin. Inter Hurlers defeated Clann Na Gael. Club Lotto takes place in Russell Pk this Thursday with a Jackpot of E4600.

May 2010 Clubnotes - Week 1 - Mon, 3 May 2010

Congrats to Sean Murray, Gavin McIntyre, Cian Mullins, Alan McCarrick and the Dublin U21 Footballers on their brilliant All-Ireland Final victory over Donegal. We are all very proud of you. Special thanks to all the mentors who contributed to the lads success. La Na Gael evening takes place this Sat from 5pm in Russell Pk. There will be a monster BBQ with loads of fun & games such as Poc Fada, Rounders etc .. with live trad music along with a DJ. Its a great chance for members to let their hair down with no games on Sun. Senior Camogie made it 4 from 4 in League beating Finbars. Junior & Senior Ladies Footballers had good league wins over Garda & St Finians. Both Feile football teams reached the Semi-Finals only to lose out by a point. Minor Footballers had a good win over Good Counsel. Senior Hurlers opened their Champo campaign with a great win over Cuala. They now face Crumlin this Wed at 7pm in Pearse Pk. Big support needed. Inter's face Clann Na Gael at 7pm on Wed in Russell Pk. Juniors face Erins Isle at 7pm on Thurs in Finglas. Russell Pk will host the Camogie Feile on May 15th/16th with the Div 1,2 & 3 Finals taking place on the Sun. Club Lotto takes place in The Vineyard this Thursday with a Jackpot of E4200.
