Regulations Governing the Organising and Presentation Of all Championship games Played at Parnell Park & O`Toole Park and other designated venues
Number allowed entry to ground, Dressing Room and Designated Seating (1) The number of players allowed to the Ground and Designated Seating shall be 24. Only these 24 names shall be published in the Official Programme The number of officials allowed to the Ground, Dressing room and Designated Seating shall be 11 (including The Chairman and Secretary) In addition 3 Hurley carriers shall be allowed entry for a Hurling Game A maximum of 35 people in football and 38 in hurling shall be allowed Fine: €100 Minimum Children under 14 are not allowed to the following areas, dressing rooms, pitch & dug-outs unde Under any circumstances 2 Numbering of Players/Playing attire
(1) In Club championship matches players shall be appropriately numbered 1 - 24 Players shall be numbered in accordance with the official programme - an exception shall be Made only in the case of a valid withdrawal. Such withdrawal shall be notified in advance to the Committee in charge of the fixture Fine €100 Minimum There shall be uniform colour of socks and shorts Fine €50.00 Minimum Cycling shorts (if worn) shall be the same colour as the team shorts Fine €50.00 Minimum Playing attire shall comply with the Association?s Rule on playing gear Penalty as per Treorai Oifgiul The Associations corporate Logo shall be displayed on jerseys. Fine €100 Minimum
3 Dug-out and Seating (1) Teams and officials shall occupy the designated seating/stand and dug-out as instructed by the Steward acting on behalf of the Committee in Charge Committee in Charge of the fixture (2) The Bainisteoir, team medical officer and/or physio plus one team administrative official may Occupy the dugout. (3) A Maximum total of 9 players and 11 officials (as for no1 above) shall be allowed in the Designated seating and dug-out Fine €100 Minimum (4) Due to insurance implications player/subs shall no allowed a kick/puck around at halftime 4 Punctuality Team shall take the field and leave the field at the time specified by the Committee in charge. Where no time has been specified, teams shall take the field 10 minutes before the starting time (for photographs and warm up) and fifteen minutes before the starting time where a parade is organised. (3) Teams shall take instructions from the team stewards regarding the kick/puck-around and team photographs before the game. (4) The half time interval shall not exceed 10 minutes Fine €100 Minimum
Parade/ Amhran na bhFiann Where a parade is organized players shall march properly. Teams shall march in numerical order after the captain; socks shall be up, jerseys inside shorts. Ambhran na bhFiann shall be played after the parade and immediately prior to throw in, All players must show respect by facing the National Flag and standing to attention. Fine €100 Minimum 6 Team Mentors (a) One authorized team official shall wear a distinctive top (supplied by the County Committee) Which shall have the word ``BAINISTEOIR`` in clear large letters on both front and back. Only this team official may move along the sideline or end line to make changes, and or to give instructions or to call players towards him. This official may not 1 interfere with play 2 remain behind the goal area 3 engage in any behavior which is deemed by the Committee in Charge, interferes with the control of the game by Match Officials.
(b) A Team Medical Officer or authorised official shall wear a distinctive arm-band (supplied by the County Committee) This Medical Officer or authorized official should not enter the field of play except with the prior permission of the referee or match official. Where the Medical Officer is not a doctor, the referee may, in addition summons a doctor to attend to an injured player. The referee is advised to delegate authority to the Linesmen to assist him in the event of an emergency i.e. serious injury on the field of play. (c) The referee or other official(s) appointed by the Committee ?in-Charge shall report any Unauthorized entry to the sideline or the field of play Fine €100 Minimum 7 Hurley Carriers Each team shall be permitted to position one Hurley carrier at the dug-out and one behind each end line at opposite corner flags A distinctive bib or top with the word ``Maor Caman`(supplied by the County Committee) shall be issued to each Hurley carrier Fine €100 Minimum 8 Substitutions Substitutions shall be made as per Treorai Oifigiuil 1 A Maximum of five substitutions shall be allowed A substitution is not allowed in the case of a player sent off A substitution may only be made during a break in play, after the player has given a Substitution note to the designated official 5 9 Policy on players ordered off A player ordered off during a final shall not participate in the after match presentation ceremony Penalty as per Rial 105 T.O. 2001 6 10 Swapping of Jerseys/ Presentation of Trophies (1) Players who have swapped and/or Who are not wearing a Jersey shall not be allowed to participate in the after-match Ceremony Penalty €100 Minimum 7 11 Programme Teams shall be provided for the official programme 72 hours before the game Penalty €100 The names of players shall be in Irish & English and the full names of all 24 Players shall be included Penalty for playing a player not on the official list of 15 furnished to the referee Is forfeiture of game to the opposing team. Penalty 109 T.O.2001 8 12 Video Use of video is subject to obtaining the written permission from the County Secretary and must be available on demand. Fine €700 Minimum
9 13 Dressing Rooms Dressing Rooms must be left in a reasonable manner after the game Fine €50 Minimum
