Aided by a very strong breeze in the first half of this game, St Brigid's took some wonderful points and notched up 3 goals to go in at the break 3-7 to no score ahead.

Playing with great determination against a skilful St Monica's side, St Brigid's defended with great tenacity and for the second week in a row kept the opposition scoreless. Up front, they managed to add a further 3 goals and 1 point, ending the game convincing winners.
