Ladies Minor Footballers Capture Minor Championship In Convincing Style - Mon, 3 Dec 2007

St Brigids 3-14 Ballinteer St Johns 1-3

The ladies football section continues to go from strength to strength with the Minor Footballers building on an already fantastic year for the girls. The final was played in Ballinteer but the girls were never going to be detered from the main goal. Confidence was high as they set out the M50. The girls gave Ballinteer no time on the ball & powered their way to Championship glory. Well done to the girls on a fantastic achievement.

A Big thank to Gerry Twomey, Richie & Breege Carolan and Mary O'Connor for their efforts through-out the year.
