Senior 2 Footballers Gain Valuable League Victory Over Skerries Harps - Mon, 26 May 2008

Warren Finnegan turned in another master class as the Senior Footballers gained a valuable league victory over Skerries Harps. The hard work was done in the opening half as they played against the wind but led 2-5 to 0-7 at the break. Finnegan sealed the game in the opening fifteen minutes of the second half as he pointed three times, one a monster point from 55 yards out on the right wing. The two man full forward line of Finnegan & Bonner was causing problem as they won all incoming ball. Cormac Kelly and Dave Noonan also chipped in with points from distance. This win is just deserts after already losing three league games by one point this year.
