Message from Dublin County Board CEO John Costello to all Dubs Fans - Thu, 10 Aug 2006

Message from DCB CEO John Costello

Dublin supporters have a long-established reputation as being one of the best and most amiable in the country. It's important we maintain that for the game against Westmeath on Saturday.

With your co-operation, we hope that all our club members and supporters can contribute to the smooth running of the game by co-operating with stewards and Garda in and around Croke Park before, during and after the game against Westmeath.

Remember the less difficulties stewards and the Garda encounter, the better it will be for them to concentrate on directing traffic and assisting people who might be in need of their help or have an emergency situation.

Along with the team, Dublin supporters have been one of the success stories of this year's football championship. Let's continue to support our team in a manner that reflects the true values of Dublin GAA.

Kind regards,
John Costello (Dublin County Board Chief Executive Officer)
