Junior A Footballers Reach Champo Final in Bruising Encounter With Parnells - Wed, 20 Aug 2008

St Brigids 3-9 Parnells 2-10

Two goals from Neil Plunkett and a Mark Hanley goal paved the way for the Junior A Footballers to the reach the Championship Final. Several contraversal decisions went against the lads but they kept the head and kept playing football. Conor Hayes turned in a great display scoring 0-5 with captain John Dunning keeping the ship steady at the back. Cian McCaffrey put in another mamonth display in the full back line.

Well done to the lads who now look forward to a Championship Final on September 13th/14th
