Kennedy defeats Micheal Duxie Walsh of Kilkenny to reach All-Ireland Decider - Tue, 13 Jun 2006

Well done to Eoin Kennedy who defeated Handball Legend Michael Duxie Walsh of Kilkenny to reach the All-Ireland Singles Final. Eoin was made work hard by Walsh but eventually defeated him on a scoreline of 21-20 to 21-16. Eoin is now one step away from defending his All Ireland Senior Singles Title. He now faces Tom Sheridan of Meath in the Final on Saturday, September 2nd. The long break is to facilitate the World Championships in Canada.

At Garryhill, Saturday 10th June,                                   

• Eoin Kennedy (Dublin) defeated Michael Walsh (Kilkenny) 21-20, 21-16
• Tom Sheridan (Meath) defeated Barry Goff (Wexford) 21-4, 5-21, 21-14
