Julie Long - RIP - Mon, 5 Mar 2007

St Brigids GAA are saddened to announce the untimely death of Julie Long. Julie had suffered with a long battle with Cancer over the last few years. The Chairman, Executive, Trustees and members of St. Brigids GAA Club wish to extend deepest sympathy to the Long Family on the death of Julie, RIP. 

We are in mourning at the loss of a truly great club woman and can only imagine the depth of loss that her beloved family must be feeling - our thoughts are with them at this sad, sad time.  We extend our sympathy too to Julie's many close friends in St. Brigids. Julie was only 24 years old & will be sorely missed. Julie was a World Handball Champion & All-Ireland Champion.

The Removal mass will take place on Monday evening 5th March at 5.30pm in St Patricks Church, Corduff. Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Tuesday morning. Julie Long - Rest In Piece. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a Anam dílis.
