Eugune Kennedy adds Leinster Title to a Family Haul at Weekend - Sun, 2 Sep 2007

A great weekend for the Kennedy family as Dad Eugene completed the double of Emerald Masters A titles when taking the singles with an excellent win over Wicklow's Richard Willoughby by 21-112, 21-15. Kennedy took the doubles two weeks ago with Portobello's Paddy Murray. Earlier in the year Kennedy also won the Provincial title in the 40 x 20 court before going on to win the All-Ireland final against Monaghan's Michael McCarron. This was Kennedy's 17 provincial win.
