Julie Long Memorial Tournament Weekend takes place this Friday & Saturday - Thu, 28 Feb 2008

This weekend will see Julie Long remembered. Julie was only 24 years old when she died. Julie was a World Handball Champion & All-Ireland Handball Champion and is sadly missed by all in the club.

On Friday, at 7:30 p.m. there will be an exhibition doubles match, Eoin Kennedy Egin Jenson plays Duxie Walsh,Micheal Greegan on court. This will be followed by music and food in the club house. All are welcome to come along and enjoy some excellent handball and even better company in the bar afterwards.

On Saturday, starting at around 10:30 a.m. there will be a one day handball tournament for ladies and gentlemen of all ages and standards. Entry fee is E15.00 and includes your handball for the day and a Tee Shirt.
