St Brigids 4-12 Ballyboden St Enda's 3-11

A Willie Madden inspired performance gave the U15 Hurlers a great win over last years beaten Feile Finalists Ballyboden St Enda's. The lads were big underdogs for this game as the Boden team contained 8 Dublin Panelists. Boden started the brighter scoring a goal early on but Brigids responded in tremendous fashion driving forward with no fear. Madden & Winters were dominating the middle and the lads got their just rewards bagging three quick fire goals. The lads kept the pressure on and went in at the break 8 points to the good.

Boden were always going to come out attacking in the 2nd half but accurate free taking from Winters kept Boden at bay. Boden got two late goals but Brigids were deserved winners and now look forward to the Sheild Final in two weeks time.
