St Brigid's defeated St Sylvesters by 3-18 to 0-3 in this decidely one sided encounter at Syls home ground in Malahide . There were some impressive performances for St Brigid's including 1 - 8 from Colm Carr and 1 - 5 from Paul Clerkin. Also prominent were Sean Brady, Cathal Doyle and Jamie Winters who cleared up any loose ball throughout. Brigid's led by 1-11 to 0-3 at the interval and managed to hold the opposition scoreless for the entire second half.
