Dear Parents/Guardians,

We would like to acknowledge and congratulate our TY students who have now completed the final module of the Dermot Earley Youth Leadership Award programme. Throughout the year, the students have shown great commitment, leadership and community spirit through a wide range of activities and projects.
These included:

• Preparing homeless care packages
• Organising fundraising events
• Supporting younger teams prepare for Féile events
• Organising Talks for example Mental Health Talk by Dr. Mark Smyth
• Giving presentations and talks to coaches & players for example Nutrition for GAA Players
• Volunteering with the club’s Men’s Shed
We are very proud of the positive contribution the students have made to both the club and the wider community.

As part of this initiative, there will be an information talk for current 3rd Year students and their parents in the upstairs club room on Tuesday 19th May from 8.15pm–8.45pm.
