The St. Brigid’s gym is under the management of GNS Fitness. They run a service which provides 30 minute group personal training sessions, along with a variety of classes such as Strength & Core, Full Body Conditioning and Pilates. The short 30 min high intensity sessions fit perfectly into any busy schedule, and the classes add a lot of variety to your training.
They also provide weekly check-ins with a coach to help you work towards your health and fitness goals, setting out a nutrition and training plan, and keeping you accountable throughout the process.
Gym Opening Hours:
Morning Hours: Monday – Friday: 5.45am – 10.15am.
Afternoon Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 3.30pm – 6.15pm.
