St. Brigid’s Dads & Lads eased themselves into the 2025 season with some warm weather hurling training in Russell Park yesterday evening.

The hurls and helmets were dusted off for some and for others, it was their first time.

Everyone took part in a session to refresh the fundamental basic skills of lifting, striking and catching in a zero pressure environment with a match to finish off the evening.

We hope to see numbers increasing into the summer months so if you’re on the fence about it, come down and give it a try - all Dads & Lads are welcome regardless of experience!
