The Trustees and members of St. Brigid’s wish to extend our deepest sympathies to Valerie and to the O’Leary family on the recent passing of our club’s beloved President Tim O’Leary. Tim took an active interest in every aspect of St Brigid’s, both as player and administrator. He followed the progress of all the teams and players keenly and was involved in compiling the history of the club and in assisting with club Lotto. His kindness was felt by all. Tim has fought a brave battle against ill-health in recent years, he will be very much missed by all in St Brigids.

O’Leary (Blanchardstown Dublin 15 and President of St Brigid’s G.A.A. Club) August 25th, 2025 (peacefully) in the loving care of the staff of The Hermitage Clinic, Lucan, Timothy (Tim) beloved husband of Valerie and much-loved father of Tim and Aidan; deeply regretted by his loving family, grandchildren Aoileann, Oscar, Emily and Ted, daughters-in-law Áine and Gemma, sister Catherine, brother-in-law, cousins, niece, nephew, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Cunninghams Funeral Home, Blanchardstown on Friday evening (August 29th) between 4pm and 7pm.

Removal on Saturday morning (August 30th) to St Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by burial in Mulhuddart Cemetry.
