What a journey it has been already…

Since opening our doors in November 2024, the Ga Ga Man Shed has shared friendship, laughter, music, history, and unforgettable days out together. Many of the places we visited are part of Ireland’s rich historical places most of us had never been to, and perhaps may never have experienced.

Our travels brought us to some truly remarkable and historic locations including:

• Croke Park
• Government Buildings
• Kilmainham Jail
• Stormont Buildings, Northern Ireland
• The Mansion House
• The Little Dublin Museum
• The GPO, Dublin
• Dublin Castle
• Henrietta Street Tenements

Each visit gave us a chance not only to learn more about our shared history, but also to meet new and old friends, enjoy great company, great conversation, and plenty of laughs along the way.

And of course… no trip would be complete without a few favourite stops along the road! We spent many memorable evenings in:

• O’Donoghue’s Pub
• The Boar’s Head
• Chaplin’s Pub
• Briody’s Pub

Where friendships grew stronger, new friends were welcomed, music was played, songs were sung, and the nights seemed to fly by.

A very special thank you to every venue and organisation that welcomed us so warmly especially the St Brigid’s pubs for their kindness, hospitality, and generosity. Ye were absolutely fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts.
